Digital Millennium Copyright Act Notice

We respect, and understand the importance of the intellectual property rights of others. Suppose you believe content or material appearing on our website violates your copyright. In that case, you can submit a notice in writing via letter or email, providing the following details pursuant to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 USC ยง 512 et seq.):
- Your name, address, telephone number, email address, where you can be contacted about your complaint.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
- Identification of the content or material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed, and sufficient information describing where to locate the content or material, such as direct URLs to the content/image(s) being referenced and/or screenshots.
- A signed statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notification is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
If you believe in good-faith that a Notice of copyright infringement has been wrongly filed against you, you may submit a Counter-Notice. The Counter-Notice must be in writing via letter or email and must contain the following:
- Your name, address, telephone number, email address.
- Identification of the content or material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled. Describe the content or material and the URL where the allegedly infringing material was located before it was removed or to which access was disabled.
- A signed statement, made under penalty of perjury, that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
